User :   Hi, I have very sore feet they are so painfull I can hardly walk some times as well as this I have shortness of breath when I do get moving, I am extremaly tyed and have lack of energy, I am 61 female, over weight

User :   the top of my feet I have always has sore feet but only if I do extra long walks I suppose like most people but this time it is so differant
User :   No my feet are not swollen but my anckels are
Doctor :   So do you have shortness of breath just by doing normal household activities
User :   yes sometimes just making the bed
Doctor :   The next thing you have to do is to get ECG, Chest Xray
Doctor :   You need to check for Blood pressure and Blood sugar

Doctor :   I could think heart problem as shortness of breath, swelling of ankles are not right signs at this age
Doctor :   Extreme fatigue is also a main complaint from you
Doctor :   which can happen with heart problems
Doctor :   Hence ruling out the Cardiac cause is my first take
