Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Let me brief you.
Doctor :   Black eye develops due to collection of blood from the injured blood vessel.
Doctor :   This will slowly resolve on its own without any treatment.
Doctor :   You can use hot fomentations to help this process.
Doctor :   However, you will need physical assessment by a doctor to look for any other orbital injuries.
