User : My son fell off his bike
User : and flipped over it and smacked his knee right on the handlebars
User : not physically on the patella but to the upper right of his leg next to the knee on his right leg

User : Its swollen right now still but i dont think its as swollen as yesterday
User : Do you think its a fracture? or something minor?
User : Oh he also claims when he bends his knee it feels tight around the area probably because of the swelling.
