User :   i have a question

User :   lately ive been experiencing alot of pain in my lower gums
User :   towards the back of my throat
User :   and i have a sore throat

User :   and a burning/painful sensation on my back tongue
User :   i havent noticed any significant swelling anywhere
User :   but my gums are a bit swollen and i can taste blood sometimes
User :   do u know what could be happening?

User :   well last january i got my teeth scanned and i had wisdom teeth that needed to be removed within the next few years
User :   could they be coming in?
Doctor :   it is possible that due to sore throat they might get infected or the gums get infected leading to the condition

User :   and its like when i drink soda or something hot it gets this burning sensation

User :   theres no open odd sores or penile discharges
