User :   y did u ask about the groin n axilla
Doctor :   Any inflammation can lead to swelling of lymph nodes in these areas .
User :   ok
User :   correlate???
Doctor :   Because these reddish swellings are not seen on trunk or anywhere else , i feel there must be an environmental or allergic origin.
User :   when u say trunk do u mean the abdomen?
Doctor :   yes, abdomen and chest /breast ?
User :   so nothing serious
Doctor :   It is not serious but i feel she has to go to an allergist.
Doctor :   let me give you a few examples.
Doctor :   I had a patient who use to get reddish swellings if he contacted the cushion of a chair and if it were dirty or had sweat.
Doctor :   Another one would get if he would get wet in rain .
Doctor :   so a lot depends on allergens and environment.
User :   pancake like swellings???
User :   call me? is there anyway u can
Doctor :   Yes, depends on how the patient's antigens react.
Doctor :   Do you see the swellings in both hands and legs , bilaterally.
User :   sometimes shell get them on both
User :
User :   please call me
Doctor :   I might require more time to help you better.
User :   please
Doctor :   Please do vist an allergist who tests with different allergens.
