User :   I have swelling in anus and it is protruded out from anus. I don't know what it is? please help

Doctor :   From the description of the symptoms, the possible causes for such mass/swelling can be
Doctor :   1. Pilonidal cysts
Doctor :   2. Fissure in anus
Doctor :   3. hemorrhoids - grade 1 or 2.
Doctor :   Let me suggest you few measures that should help.
Doctor :   1. hot water sit baths once or twice a day to reduce inflammation

Doctor :   2. Use local anaesthetic creams for applications, use them twice a day and after every defecation
Doctor :   3. Use laxative syrups such as Syp cremaffin 2 tsp at night for the next one week to help soften the stool
Doctor :   4. Include plenty of fibre rich food products to your diet.
Doctor :   6. Drink plenty of water atleast 2 litres per day is essential.

Doctor :   7. If you find that symptoms are persisting or if you notice aggravation of pain, swelling, or passage of blood in the stools, I suggest you to consult your doctor for physical examination.
