User :   sinces 3 to 4 yers he is having diabtes and sinces then he was with the homeyopathy medicien just 3 month ago only he is started taking of alopathy.

Doctor :   Sweating in a diabetic can occur due to multiple reasons,
Doctor :   important of these are

Doctor :   Since he doesn't have any other associated symptoms, its probably a minor event and a non concerning problem.
