User:Can I have your suggestions to reduce my weight ?
Doctor:What is your height and weight currently?
User:5feet 6inches is height
User:82 is my weight..
Doctor:what is your age?
Doctor:any other illnesses like high blood pressure, diabetes etc
Doctor:There are two things that need to be done
Doctor:first is dietary modification and the second is exercise
User:what modifications that i can do..?
Doctor:As far as the exercise is concerned, we should be looking at atleast 50 minutes of brisk walking (@6.5-7 km/hr) 5 days a week
Doctor:In your diet
Doctor:I would suggest that you cut out fried food
Doctor:Restrict sugar, oil and junk food
Doctor:Never miss your breakfast and have a light and early dinner
Doctor:Like when you wake up
Doctor:have 1 fruit ( like orange, musambi, cherries)
Doctor:Then within 1 hour
Doctor:have poha/2-3 idlis+sambar/2 rotis+vegetable/upma
Doctor:At around 11 you can have 1 cup tea/coffee with 2 XXXXXXX biscuits
Doctor:then at 1 2 rotis +dal+vegetable+curd
Doctor:at 3-4 pm a vegetable sandwich with no mayonnaise or butter OR 1 idli OR poha
Doctor:Then at around 8 take your dinner
Doctor:similar to lunch
Doctor:You can have sweets once a week
Doctor:I think if you follow this, we should we looking at 3-4 kg weight loss per month
User:what is ideal weight for my height ?
Doctor:around 62-63 kg maximum
Doctor:Would you be able to follow this diet plan?
User:is this weight for male or female ? (62 to 63)

Doctor:For females , it would be around 56-58
User:will try to follow, I stopped exercises after my school going kids timings changed from last month
