User:I cut my ring, middle and index fingers approximately 3 weeks ago. I sought medical attention, no stitches but was given an anitibiotic cream which I used as instructed.
It seems although the bleeding has stopped, the swelling on the middle knuckle and metatarsils of the other digits are swelling, red and painful. Do I need treatment?
User:can you help me with this?
Doctor:You may need any anti inflammatory medication to reduce the inflammation
User:I've been taking ibuprofen and celebrex.
Doctor:Tab MOTRIN 400mg twice daily for three days would b the best option
User:ok, thanks
