User:I have a 5.5 year old daughter who is suffering from prickly heat boils due to the summer, all around her neck. I am applying Nycil / Candid powder and result is not so great. Do you know if something else will work better?
Doctor:The most important is to keep the sweat and secretions away.
Doctor:She needs to be use loose clothings and heat absorbing clothes.
Doctor:If symptoms are not improving, you can apply calamine lotions after cleaning the rashes.
Doctor:These rashes become problematic when your daughter starts to rub them or scratch them.
Doctor:If these rashes are very severe a low dose steroid ointment may be needed.
Doctor:If you haven't seen a doctor yet and if the rashes are severe, you need to consider consulting one.\
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:yes Dr.
Doctor:Do you have any more queries?
User:they are not severe. but would applying calamine lotion cause difficulties in cleaning later?
