User:Hello Doctor
User:I don't know how to begin but I think I have a different problem. My mother, wife, sister, her husband and uncle are going on a vacation for a week and I am very worried for their safety
User:I kinda have these negative thoughts almost all the times
User:I feel, I will lose them
User:even when someone comes late to home, my first thought is: did they meet with an accident or something
User:I cannot think positive
User:I don't want to spoil their trip at the moment but am getting very anxious
User:also. I need to let you know that I am getting treated for UC, Crones and fistula disease using remicad injection and Pentasa tablet
User:how do I control my worrysome nature and be normal? This nature is adversely affecting my health as well as my work and also regular life

User:the problem there is, I need to get up frequently for washroom and then I cannot go back to sleep. The after affects of this are really bad. My mind and thoughts are not in my control thereafter causing me more distress and worry

User:and regarding the washroom, it is due to fistula, crones and UC that I go often

User:I am unable to get more than 6 hours of sleep now - a - days
Doctor:Try to avoid late night food, watching tv
User:no doctor, my work keeps me up
User:However hard I try, I get to eat only at 10.30 or so

User:I will try listening to songs, drink lot of water and also take anxit
