Doctor:your TSH level is still a bit high
User:so what would be your recommendation doctor?
Doctor:but that is just the labs. How do YOU feel since starting the medication
User:well i still have my nails that are brittle and kinda ridged..when you feel it with your dry skin is more or less under control (could be due to the fact that the winter has passed/)
User:don't feel as tired since I started taking the weight kinda remains the same..around 60-61 kgs only
Doctor:Ok, so it seems to be working
Doctor:the fatigue and the dry skin are good indicators
Doctor:In my opinion you should alternate the dose between 50mcg and 75 mcg on alternate days for the next three months
User:but i have been having dry skin since childhood..more or less heridetary..but i keep it moisturized always now..using a good mositurizer
User:and i exercise quite a bit..cycle about 32 kms daily...

User:oh ok..let me try that out doctor...
User:do you recommend that i do the tests again after 3 months?
Doctor:good. The most important thing is to continue that dosage schedule for another 3 months and then recheck the thyroid levels
