Doctor:Basically Hypertension is caused due to two things that would essential and non essential causes
Doctor:So, it is due to stress, lifestyle changes and idiopathic
Doctor:Idiopathic means no cause found
Doctor:The other would be due to secondary causes like tumors, renal dysfunction
Doctor:or any other metabolic causes.
Doctor:As you are young, it is very important to rule out other causes first.
Doctor:So, I advise you to go for complete body checkup to rule out any metabolic causes.
