User:I am having very bad head ache, left half back side
User:took disprin but no good
Doctor:How long has it been going on?
User:not sure what I should do, I didn't get hurt from any external injury
User:for past around 4-5 hours
Doctor:Ok, Well, as far as pain killers go. If Disprin didn't work. You can take 400mg of Ibuprofen
Doctor:brand names are brufen, imol, etc
Doctor:do these headaches happen often?
User:never, first time as much as I can recall

Doctor:Most of the time, unilateral headache is due to neck issues, did you sleep in an odd position last night?

User:but its only in a part of head, rear left
Doctor:Try and give your neck some rest, lie down for a bit
