User:I am XXXXX
User:the query is related to the gas trouble that i have been facing
User:i think i have constipation as well
Doctor:Ok, how long has this been going on?
User:i have to take isaphgull or cremadiet powder everyday
User:gas trouble has been pretty old

User:but in the last 3 months i am facing issues with constipation
User:i take it for releasing the pressure and to keep my stomach clean

User:but do i need to take this everyday
