User:Hellondr I had food outside Inn restaurant

User:Today I got giddiness morning and lite burbing 3 to 4 times
User:I took antaacid tonic before tiffen
Doctor:did that help?
User:Then at 1 had rice withoit antaacid
User:And had sprite and vomited
User:Now feelong tired
User:Now took antaacid 5ml and will have food after 15 min
Doctor:Yes, the vomiting would have taken all the eletrolytes out of your system
User:Afternoon I dint had antaacid
Doctor:I would try and eat very light things like curd rice
Doctor:I would also go to the store and buy ORS solution to sip on
Doctor:if these issues persist for more than a day or 2 then you need to go to the doctor in your area

User:Shall I continue antaacod once before night and morning once
User:Then go to dr if problem petsists

User:What could be the reason
User:Gastritis or food poison
Doctor:its a stomach infection
User:Other family members had same food but they dint experience any issues y

Doctor:it can happen like that, especially if you have acidity

User:For me this first time acidity.
