User:my baby is 1 year & 3 months old, he is surffering from cold & having yellowish nasal flow from last 2 days
User:& cough also
Doctor:what medicines did you give to the baby?
User:now we are out of station

Doctor:However, it is better that the child is seen by a Pediatrician
User:plz suggest sm medicine
Doctor:I usually give my patients syp allercet around 2.5 ml depending on the weight
User:sir my ped. always suggested for nebulization with budesal .5 mr tid

Doctor:nebulization not required now

User:coughing is much 3-4 times at the interval of 1/2 hrs
User:some time is try to vomit due to cough.
