User:I am having gastric trouble
User:from the past 3 to 4 days motion is not free

Doctor:1. Cap Enterogermina twice a day for 3 days.
Doctor:Alternatively tab sporolac twice a day for 3 days.
Doctor:2. Drink atleast 2 litres of water.
Doctor:3. along with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Doctor:If symptoms persist for more than 2 days
Doctor:you will need to be examined and investigated.
