User:i am having back pain from last three days
Doctor:is it lower or upper back?
User:first day was more pain unable to walk properly
User:i would say mid
User:and mainly om left side
Doctor:Did it reduce than the first day now and are you able to walk and sit work?
User:yes it reduced
User:even i could run and do some exercise also
User:but still pain is there
Doctor:You should not exercise you are straining further

Doctor:You should better rest for a week

Doctor:and while at office do not sit for more than one hour in the chair
Doctor:it strains further
User:when i sit and get up i feel more pain
Doctor:YOu are just getting better I think you need more rest to the back
User:its only on left side above the waist
Doctor:yes you can use VOLINI spray if it pains otherwise I suggest only rest will take care of it
