Doctor:as for the back pain, I suspect your wife might be having a pulled muscle or disc prolapse
Doctor:if it is just pulled muscle, she will improve with rest and applying ice pack
Doctor:if it is due to prolapsed intevertebral disc, then she will need to get an MRI done
Doctor:hello are you there?
Doctor:Hello, are you there?
User:yes i am reading what js written.this product is made by NORTH STAR
Doctor:Yes, I searched for that online, but could not get any info on the contents in that product
Doctor:From the product description it appears as a rubefacient
Doctor:meaning, when applied on the skin, it causes burning sensation thus masking the original pain
Doctor:Oh... the herbals
Doctor:yes, they are rubefacients
Doctor:as I said
Doctor:they are mostly harmless
Doctor:but can cause intense burning pain
Doctor:some times
Doctor:It best to get your wife examined by a doctor to rule out any other issue
Doctor:for muscle pull, please apply an ice pack for 5 to 10 minutes each time
Doctor:and do that about 3 to 4 times in a day
Doctor:that will reduce the pain
Doctor:along with that you can also give her 500 milligrams of paracetamol thrice a day
Doctor:Is there anything else I can help you with sir?
Doctor:You are most welcome sir
Doctor:take care
