User:i have an issue regards to digestion problem
User:often i get acidity at night time despite having diner early

User:a very long time
Doctor:Do you feel nausea?
Doctor:Have you tried any medications?
User:sometimes i have ayurvedic medicine
Doctor:I suggest you Antacids Pantoprazole 40 mg
Doctor:once a day 30 minutes before breakfat

Doctor:You need to take at least for 4 weeks
Doctor:Yes, it is antacid which reduces secretion acid in stomach
Doctor:along with medication you have to maintain your diet as well
User:i also wanted to consult about diet
Doctor:do not skip meals, avoid spicy,out side oily, fast and junk food

User:i have reduced junk food by almost 90%
