Keep sitting down and getting up, eat meal on the floor

Try to take small steps forward by sitting on the floor

for normal delivery
anlso can u pls suggset food

Some basic exercise such as morning walks is recommended.

If the pregnant lady has no high risks some form of bending exercise like cleaning etc can be done.

Beside those, pelvic floor exercise should be practised.

It is a little difficult to explain those exercise through this chat.
