User :   Hello. I am a male 34 yrs old. 170 pounds / 5'9" in excellent physical condition. I recently went to get a comprehensive blood tests. Everything was in normal reading range. I exercise 5 times a week for at least 1 1/2 hours. Running and weight training.
A few weeks later I took a 3hr glucose tolerance test. The readings were as follows: Glucose, fasting 85 mg/dl
1 hour 54 mg/dl
2 hour 59 mg/dl
3 hour 84 mg/dl
Those initial two hour readings are below the reference values. What does it means? What steps should I take to bring it back to normal. Thanks.
