User : Hi. I am 28, female, from bangalore

User : I had fever, cough and throat infection last month

User : Took antibiotics for a week and fever got ok
User : but since infection has spread to chest it resulted in bronchitis
User : and I was having a bit of wheezing

User : I had not had wheezing before this
User : so the doc said it is better to take roto inhaler
User : so that infection comes out from chest

User : Have been using the inhaler for 3 weeks
User : not sure till when to continue or if infection is fully gone
User : Not able to make out coz I have sinus problem and in monsoons I have a tendency to have slight cold and breathing difficulty
Doctor : Do you have any wheezing, cough or sore throat still present?
User : but i dont have cough or sore throat any more
User : i feel breathing diff at night is more due to sinus which causes blockage in left nostril
User : so inhaler may not be required as such...but how to know whether chest infectin has fully gone or not?

User : about 3 yrs
User : it is not very severe, on certain days have a bit of headache and stuffy nose
Doctor : You need to get a X ray chest done for confirming the Bronchitis and also may require examination by a stethoscope which will help in evaluating the disease.
User : So you suggest not to continue the inhaler without confirming the need?
Doctor : Since the lung sounds and infection can bemade out b7y examini9ng you

User : No i dont have it now

Doctor : 1)Take steam inhalation after adding Karvol plu s in water 3 times a day
Doctor : No inhaler does not cause the wheezing to increase.

Doctor : Wheezing only indicates infection in the lungs and inhaler is a form of medication which helps in controlling it.
