User :   I seek your help in regards to my back pain

User :   It use to be on the lower back and eventually had climbed up to my neck
User :   My entire back seems to be cramped specially in the morning

User :   feel pain when pressed in the middle of my spine

User :   The joint of my neck and spine, it cracks whenever i turn my head back forward
User :   Age-32, male, 5.9", 72kgs
User :   i also have started feeling pain on my knee joints too, while climbing stairs etc
User :   Had prescribed a doctor an year back when the joint pain started in Chandigarh

User :   So after taking the medicines for about a month could not continue

User :   dont remember the name but it was to check for something called rheumatic spondilytis or somethng
User :   the report then was negetive

User :   nothing i know of

Doctor :   1) x-ray or MRI of neck and low back
Doctor :   2) RA factor analysis
Doctor :   3) blood tests to look for chronic inflamamtion
Doctor :   4) getting re-examined by orthopedic surgeon
Doctor :   interpretation of test results along with correlation with symptoms and examination findings.
Doctor :   5) try with physiotherapy for 15 days to 30 days to see if your condition improves. you can request the orthopedician to prescribe this to you
