User : so in short ,,, dry cough that rattled, like phleghm but no cough up of it now it dosent, really breathless to point walking around is tricky do u reckon its blocked phleghm as not coughed up any . x

Doctor : its a long standing infection ( candidiasis ) yes the throat sample is enough to know whether you are infected with candida

Doctor : and at the same time get a culture sensitivity of the sputum coughed up voluntirily early in the morning
User : the top of my stomach is solid too.
