User:I have got sleeping problem
Doctor:Could you elaborate a little?
User:am 23 years old and I sleep badly all the time. I dont feel fresh even after long hours of sleep
Doctor:So you have difficulty falling asleep or do you get up early
User:I XXXXXXX get up early..I sleep 10-11 hours a day ...but i dont even look fresh
User:and still feel/look as if i am lack of sleep
Doctor:Can you go to sleep once you lie down at the end of the day

Doctor:Do you have scary dreams or something? Or is sound sleep?
User:sound sleep
Doctor:SO your basic problem is sleeping or that you dont look and feel fresh?
Doctor:Is it constant feeling of tiredness or fatigue that you are feeling?
User:the latter part...I XXXXXXX look fresh even after sound sleep
Doctor:How much water do you drink in a day?
User:1 -1.5 litres
Doctor:Ok , first thing, make it 2-3 litres in a day minimum

User:Yes I do walking and skipping daily

Doctor:What about tea/coffee?
Doctor:How many cups in a day?
User:I take coffee 4 times a day

User:i will have rice dhal and any tiffen on nite

User:afternoon also rice..I take tiffen at nite
Doctor:No fruits or vegetables?
User:not much..afteroon i take any vegetable

Doctor:Actually a huge one
Doctor:First, I need you to eat every few hours
Doctor:Breakfast should be rice+dhal+fruit
Doctor:Or poha/wheatflakes/idli+sambhar
User:ok fine
Doctor:Then at 11 am, have 1 cup coffee+2 biscuits
Doctor:At 1-2 pm, have dal+rice+vegtable+curd. Same for dinner
Doctor:In the middle, around 5 pm, have 1-2 idlis+sambhar
Doctor:That should do. Also plenty of water
