User :   Sir, I am here for my wife consultation

User :   She is 33, these days suffering from mild back continuous back ache
User :   in her lumbar region

Doctor :   from lumbar region pain cannot radiate to arms it can only radiate to legs

Doctor :   when she is lying down with out bending the knee is she able to lift the leg
User :   she is saying sprains in her left leg and arms / hand joints

Doctor :   which leg is more comfortable for her to lift with out causing more discomfort
User :   she is saying as such she feels nothing uncomfortable in lifting her legs

Doctor :   you can take ibuprofen 400 mg two times a day for three days and see how it responds
Doctor :   also you mentioned that there is some white milk like passed in the urine
Doctor :   get the urine routine examination done to know what it is ?
User :   Ibuprofen we have already tried
User :   this pain is now for approx 2 months
User :   we tried volini and hot water bottle aslo
User :   but the pain is not vanishing

Doctor :   2 months pain not relieved by the simple analgesics does warrant a physical examination and relevant investigation
Doctor :   you need to consult an orthopaedician

User :   I was thinking whether to consult first a general physician

Doctor :   the spine as a cause needs to be ruled out and hence you need to see a orthopaedician
