User :   Overall my health is average, I do have an ongoing problem with Excema/Dermatitis mainly to the hands but now all over
User :   Thats not why Im contacting you, I think I may have a problem. For many months now and its getting worse Ive been falling asleep at work

User :   I go to my bed at a reasonable time but during the day i get sudden tiredness and my eyes become heavy and I drop off maybe just for minutes, i then have to get up and walk about
User :   I cant sleep right through I am usually up twice or more for the bathroom
