User:i am suffering from cold, throught infection, fever & cough...pls help

User:last 3 days
Doctor:do u have any other issues like nose blocks, runny nose ?
User:nose blocks at night
Doctor:the best way to prevent progression of symptoms is to take cough loenges like vicks, strepsils, etc that will reduce the cough severity
Doctor:in addition, continue steam inhalation and saline gargles as many times as possible
Doctor:You will also benefit by taking medications like crocin 500 mg 2 times daily
User:i will be travelling to Rome this sunday..its extremely cod you suggest any antibiotic?? i am prone to throat infection in cold weather
Doctor:for nose blocks, you can use Nasoclear drops , 2-3 times or as needed basis
Doctor:do u have any yellowish thick sputum ?
