User :   sharp shooting/nipping pain in chest area did think it was my heart but its more in my breast area in both of them , i can go for a couple of weeks without it then it will start, lasts for a round 20 seconds , have it about 6-10 times a day maybe more dont know exactly
Doctor :   I have few questions for you about this
User :   ok
Doctor :   What is your age?
User :   20
Doctor :   Is the pain pin pointed or over a wide area?
User :   in both breasts can be above the nipple or near centre of chest just at the side of my breast same in both
Doctor :   Does it increase on walking or running or exercise?
User :   no
Doctor :   Did you measure the blood pressure or heart rate?
User :   i did last week , it went from 158-107, 152-103, 140-92 and finally 116-83 my pulse is on average 100 which has been normal for me
User :   i suffer from anxiety also
Doctor :   Do you have pain when you press over the area?
User :   no not really, my breasts can feel a little sore but nothing major
Doctor :   Were you hurt previously on those areas?
User :   no not at all
Doctor :   I do not interpret this description to any major abnormality that you should worry about
Doctor :   since you say you are anxious about your health, I can partly relate these things to that
User :   i do worry alot about having a heart attack, my pulse has always been fast ive had ecgs they have found nothing though
Doctor :   Yes, you anxiety and fear about such attacks are making things bad for you
Doctor :   Since ECG is sensitive in recognising heart attack, and it is negative you should be safe
User :   ive had 3 ecgs in past year my last one was in february though
Doctor :   That is ok
Doctor :   Anxiety is rising your blood pressure levels as indicated by your reading
User :   ok good docs have listened to my heart and lungs and say is all fine just i have a fast heartbeat
Doctor :   You may want to visit your GP and ask for small dose anxiolytics
User :   what is this?
Doctor :   these medicines can relieve your anxiety
User :   ive been on tablets but docs took me off, iwas on betablockers
Doctor :   Ok, but these are different
User :   my blood pressure can be high when im at rest but i always get alittle nervous before i do it
Doctor :   Yes that can increase the readings when you measure
User :   but im not overly nervous i wa sstill quite nervous when it was 116-83 which is normal it just confuses me
Doctor :   Ok the blood pressure varies on different factors
Doctor :   the time of the day, the position
Doctor :   Hence do not get confused
Doctor :   You do not have high blood pressure to take pills
Doctor :   I suggest you only some relaxation
User :   i took it at 10am everymorning
Doctor :   Relaxation includes muscle relaxing techniques, breathing exercise, yoga and meditation
User :   ive started doing that
Doctor :   which will eventually help for your nervousness control and thereby the blood pressure
Doctor :   Do it continously and on regular basis
User :   ok thankyou#
Doctor :   and you will find the results in few months
