User :   Hi, i had a pnumothorax 2 weeks ago in my right lung, it was aspirated at the hospital

User :   now i have got a cough thats shounds like a seal
User :   and it feels like there is fluid on my right lung

Doctor :   And tightness of chest?
User :   when u bounce up and down or walk up and down stairs i can feel somthing on my right lung moving
User :   no im breathing ok
User :   i have astma that is controled
User :   no chest is not tight
Doctor :   That is because of fluid in lungs
Doctor :   The fluid levels will decrease gradually
User :   feelslike it is on the lung
Doctor :   But do keep a check on the tightness
User :   i can feel it moving with my hand
User :   when i jump up and down
User :   and coughing lieka dog

User :   ive got an operation on monday, plurectomy

User :   but never had this type of cough or physicaly fluidy feeling on lung afterwards
User :   it also hurts when i tap it with hand

User :   i didnt have antibiotics

User :   i had a pnumothorax not chest infection
User :   (collaped lung..)
User :   ywah im wheezy
Doctor :   In that case to we administer antibiotic
User :   untill i use salbutamol inhaer
Doctor :   Because we do perform interventions
Doctor :   One most improtant thing
Doctor :   Be cautious of tightness will require immidiete medical care

Doctor :   Cough will sure settle down once th efluid is copmpletly absorbed

User :   i never got this from the last 3 collapsed lungs

User :   i jsut dont want them to call off operation
User :   cos ive waited for 3 months
Doctor :   And transperent in xray if pleural fluid id present
Doctor :   Sure will not call off
