Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   I have a question about my grandfather, actually. He has MS and has been having a lot of trouble today.
Doctor :   DO you mean Multiple Sclerosis or Mitral Stenosis?
User :   Starting about 5 hours ago, he complained of being cold and was shaking profusely. Then he stopped and became very lethargic. He can't really talk now and he can't swallow to take his pills. We are wondering what we can do for him.
User :   Multiple Sclerosis
Doctor :   I suggest that you rush him to the ER
User :   What could possibly be wrong?
Doctor :   He needs IV medications and possible mechanical ventilation
Doctor :   The Multiple Sclerosis may have caused a paralysis of the respiratory muscles.
User :   OK. Thank you.
Doctor :   Bye for now
Doctor :   Rush him to the ER
User :   We will. Thank you so much.
