User :   hey there.
User :   have been having headaches for months now they will come anythime during the day, the pain in dull and airyy

User :   could last for couple hours a day then sometimes go to bed with them

User :   every were really not in a certain spot

User :   no none of those.

User :   i have been trying panafine, and no i havnt seen a doctor, and the pain just dulles down for a while when i have the medicine

User :   yes it is normal, i have lost half a kg, and i have ulceritive colitis, and i only had high blood pressure cos i had pre clampsia wheni was pregnant

User :   ok is that bad
Doctor :   Chronic daily headaches are not serious in the sense, that they don't lead to serious complications, however,

Doctor :   as the name goes, "Chronic", they will need daily and strict modifications and long term medications to control the condition.
Doctor :   This condition is a diagnosis of exclusion, I mean,
Doctor :   is diagnosed only after ruling out other problems,

Doctor :   a physician or a neurologist.
Doctor :   You will need evaluation, that will include blood tests, sinus examination, vision examination and if necessary a scan of the brain.

Doctor :   1. Tablet tylenol(paracetamol) 2 tablet when ever the headache is severe.
User :   oh ok
Doctor :   alternatively you may use tablet Ibuprofen 400mg one tablet after your food, whenever the headaches are severe
Doctor :   2. Good bed rest, with regular sleeping habits will reduce the frequency of the headaches
User :   can i get that over the counter
Doctor :   3. Never fast, be regular with your food.
User :   the Ibuprofen i mean
Doctor :   Yes, they are available over the counter.

Doctor :   Apart from these there are few prescription medications, that will be prescribed to you by your doctor after the physical examination.
Doctor :   Be regular with those medications too.
Doctor :   You should be doing fine with these measures.
