User :   i was having a body ache since 13.9.20 and start having a pain from 17th...i am not having any problem regarding constipation

Doctor :   1)Take SITZ bath ( warm water in a tub and soak your buttock in that area for 10 to 15 minutes) 3 to 4 times a day.
Doctor :   2)Apply Proctosyl ointment 2 to 3times a day for pain relief.
Doctor :   3)Take pain killer like DOLO for pain relief.
Doctor :   4)Drink lots of water

Doctor :   5)Have fibre rich diet like more of dals, beans, oats, eggs, paneer, soya chunks etc.
User :   thansk a ineed to consult a gynac or surgical doc for any further assistance
Doctor :   I will also advise you to get it examined by a General Surgeon once to see the severity and its grade as the fistulas have the chance of recurrence and are cured by surgery only.
