User:We planned up for a baby from the month of XXXXXXX
Doctor:Please go ahead
User:then in feb i suddenly gained some 5kgs of weight
User:why is this
User:but i havent still conceived
User:now after that i have lost some 2.5 kgs
Doctor:So are you worried about the weight gain or the conception
User:conception is on hold as he is not here for 2months now
Doctor:If you have gained more than 5 kg in a month there should be checked for medical problems
User:but the weight gain is my first question
User:between XXXXXXX to mid march i have gained almost 5kgs
Doctor:It is not natural to gain 5 kg in a month just because of irregular lifestyle and food
Doctor:It is good to be investigated on the following
Doctor:Thyroid disorder, Cystic ovarian disease and other hormonal reasons
Doctor:So I suggest you to XXXXXXX an Endocrinologist
User:I also had an abortion in dec2011
User:so went and met the same doctor she checked and told me everything is normal
Doctor:Ok that may not be relevant for this weight gain
User:due to this abortion will there be any affect in me conceiving
Doctor:but this is an important history for any doctor who is investigating for infertility
Doctor:so you should give this point to the doctor
User:after we start planning how long might it take to conceive
Doctor:In a month to year
User:in general
Doctor:You should keep trying for one year staying together
User:Thank You!!!
Doctor:Do you have any more queries, did you follow me?
Doctor:thank you for visiting me here.
Doctor:Bye for now
