User :   So i have a question about stress
User :   i am 19 years old. i have no past mental disorder history neither does my family

User :   i am going through an exam period in the university and i am really stressed. i am a first year and i am extremely stressed. when i am calm i am okay and i am laughing . when i am stressed i behave badly to my people
User :   and i dont like beeing like that i hate myself doing this to my people because i am not a bad person
User :   i feel really tense
User :   for example i can laugh and be okay with my friends. but when i think about something that worries me i am stressed and i can be rude
User :   i was not like that before. i am a sociable person
User :   i have friends

User :   also lately i find myself beeing oversensitive. being emotional. for example i might watch a football match . and even if my football team looses when i hear the people's excitement and loud music i feel emotional
User :   that does not affect me in a bad way. but i was not like that. also i am dissappointed of a big number of people. taking advantage of people and not being real. i am just thinking that most of the people turned like that and there are not many real , unselfish people. fortunately i have my friends. i was wondering if thats too much thinking and stress or if its a personality disorder
User :   because i dont want to behave to my family, or best friend like that. they dont deserve it because they take care of me. but i dont understand why do i react like that all of a sudden
Doctor :   need not worry , its a normal presentation in stress but a little bit exaggerated

Doctor :   once the exam tensions are out , you will feel your self back into normal game
User :   it is not a bipolar disorder isn't it? or cyclothimic symptoms? i dont want to ruin my mental health
Doctor :   Its like a vicious cycle, if you think you are getting bad on people you get depressed more nd then again your response gets affected here
Doctor :   not at al, as i said its normal and its temporary
Doctor :   only solution is you have to stop think on it
User :   how do i reduce stress?
Doctor :   Meditation
Doctor :   Meditation is the best way to calm your mind
Doctor :   or you can take rest for 2 or three days , go for a outing with friends
User :   a lot of people say that meditation can be bad. because up to certain stage you can communicate with other levels or see things that might disturb you.

Doctor :   its very safe and effective measure for mind relaxation
User :   okay, can i also ask you something else concerning mind?

User :   i am in a serious relationship. as i told you stress affects my relationship sometimes because i behave "bad" to my people. i dont know if it is stress but i also feel bad about the idea of sexual intercourse
User :   i know i am 19 years old. and i know that sexual intercourse is really normal. but i feel bad about it sometimes. parents are okay with my relationship but they never talked to me about that part. they dont feel comfortable.
User :   other girls in my age have sexual intercourse with hundreds of guys. and they make it seem like a bad thing
User :   that makes me feel that i am doing something wrong

User :   i am just worrying because i am over analysing everything
Doctor :   believe in what ever you do , then you will not be in a confusion , which makes you to choose whats good or bad for you
User :   and that burns my brain. it makes me feel like a problematic person. because i dont feel calm and just take things as they are
Doctor :   yes, do stop thinking over it more
Doctor :   no ,things are not complicated as you think
Doctor :   you have to give the issues to rule you
Doctor :   not your thought about the issues
