User:Dr I m having a strange feeling around my abdomen
User:i feel little numbness i guess over there
User:and it looks like it bulged up a little bit
Doctor:Where on the abdomen do you feel numbness?
User:to the right side
Doctor:Is there any pain?
User:not any pain
Doctor:May I know your age?
Doctor:Is it on the upper part of right side or the lower side?
User:upper part
User:right below the right rib cage
Doctor:Do you have any yellow colouration of your eyes?
Doctor:Do you feel nauseating or vomiting?
User:nope nothing of such
Doctor:How is your appetite?
Doctor:How is your bowel movements?
User:Normal i guess
Doctor:Let me guide you regarding this.
Doctor:According to your history, it seems that you are not having any serious issues.
Doctor:But, why you have the abnormal sensation or fullness of the right upper abdomen needs to be examined.
Doctor:If it is interfering with your normal life, then you will have to visit a gastroenterologist.
User:its not much interfering
User:but i m not sure whats going on
Doctor:Probably you may require an ultrasonography of the abdomen to rule out any liver enlargement.
User:i also have gastric issues
User:do you think it is related
Doctor:If you are having gastric issues, it can cause discomfort in the left upper abdomen, central abdomen, chest and throat.
Doctor:But not in the right abdomen,
Doctor:You will require certain blood tests to be done along with the sonography of abdomen,
User:ok if its liver enlargment
User:what other symptons should i have having
Doctor:I am not saying it will be liver enlargement. And liver enlargement can be due to various causes.
Doctor:It can even enlarge with certain fever.
Doctor:So, the symptoms vary to a large extend.
Doctor:In general, there can be anything among loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, jaundice, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, yellowish urine, stool abnormalities etc.
User:i have stool abnormalities
User:but that happens only when i eat outside food for more than two days continously
User:mostly loose motions
Doctor:It cannot be related to liver issues.
User:that wont go away for more than two days
Doctor:Please do not try to find if you have anything from the symptoms. It depends on many things.
User:ok, one more thing
User:when i say right adbomen
User:its very near to the belly button
User:to the right of it
User:and one more thing, i m having a very high gas formation these days
Doctor:You said you were having it just below your rib cage.
User:yes but at the centre right
Doctor:In that case, it can be related to gas problems.
User:it more feels like the skin and fat on stomach
User:and one more thing Dr
User:whenever there is excess gas, why do i have pain near my heart
User:what happens is like, i feel a little pain at my heart
User:and then suddenly i could sense my heart skipping a beat
User:and then i burp and gas goes away
Doctor:Yes. It is possible.
Doctor:That is one of the common symptoms of gas problems.
User:sometimes when the gas gets struck and it pains a two three seconds at heart and there is nerve or something that shakes near the heart or i dont know if its the heart skipping a beat and then the gas comes out
User:does this gas issue cause me trouble to heart later on
Doctor:It is just the feeling like that. Because all these (heart, stomach and food pipe) are supplied by nerves in the same area.
Doctor:So to the brain, it feels all the same.
Doctor:No, gas issue does not cause problem to the heart anytime.
User:if not the nerves at heart i sometimes feel the same kind on my head
User:and how should i reduce the gas doctor
User:what should i do
User:i m eating nothing outside
User:i stopped smoking
Doctor:You need to first see what is causing the gas.
Doctor:You need to first get examined and find if any issues are there.
Doctor:Then you will need to take medications for controlling the problem.
Doctor:Along with it some changes in the life style is required.
Doctor:You can do the following.
Doctor:1. Avoid spicy and oily food.
Doctor:2.have meals at regular times.
Doctor:3. Every 2 hours have snacks.
Doctor:4. Avoid smoking, and alcohol intake.
Doctor:4. Reduce stress.
Doctor:6. Drink plenty of water regularly.

Doctor:These steps along with medication can get your gas problems under control.
Doctor:Are you following me?
User:but water intake causes a lot of gas for me
Doctor:Hope this was helpful.
User:whenever i drink lot of water it casues lot of gas
Doctor:That is if you are not having enough physical activity.
User:i m very scared of physical activity
User:i feel like i would get heart attack if i run or do some physical activity
Doctor:If you don't do it regularly, then you are having more chances of getting a heart attack.
Doctor:That is what latest researches say.
User:ok doctor i would work on the given instructions
