User :   Hi. I ingested baking powder about..1, 1 1/12 weeks ago. I thought it was baking soda..
User :   I did this several times. I'm worried about my stomach. I've had some strange pains.
Doctor :   what immediate symptoms did you have?
User :   None.
Doctor :   are they still continuing?
User :   Yes.
Doctor :   why are you taking it even after you know that it is not baking soda?
User :   I haven't.
Doctor :   what other symptoms are associated?
User :   I discovered that today. I had it weeks ago.
User :   A dull, feeling on the left side of my stomach.
Doctor :   the stomach pains that you are getting coul dbe due to mucosal erosion that would have happened after ingestion
Doctor :   and resultant gastrititis
User :   are you positive? or is that only a possibility.
Doctor :   visit your pysician and ask for a gastroenterology referal
Doctor :   to look for the positive findings upon investigations
User :   i assume i'd be in severe pain ..

Doctor :   it can be dull pain too if the erosion is not so rapid and deep
User :   do you know how common erosion would be..

User :   oh.. does it heal by itself?
User :   okay.
Doctor :   people without insurance
User :   i'll go as soona si wake up tomorrow.
Doctor :   no, it usually does not heal by itself
Doctor :   you will need to be put on medications
User :   pretty scary.
