Doctor:Like fever, loose stools or vomiting ?
User:It seems upper layer of my stomach is paining... and inside its better.
User:No no fever.. nothing.. rest all good
Doctor:Ok , I consider the pain to be either due to undigested food or due to any minor abrasions which could be caused by bone fragments in the food
User:I had in morning XXXXXXX and one Norflox
Doctor:There is no need to worry, the symptoms will soon subside once the undercooked food or the food causing the problem is excreted
Doctor:Do not take the above medications
Doctor:Antibiotics taken without being advised by the physicial can cause problems
Doctor:If the pain is severe you can take a dose of antispasmodic
Doctor:or a pinch of baking soda in lemonade
User:Any specific medicine
Doctor:Antispasmodic like Buscopan is good
