User : Hello I'm 39 years old and in good health I'm getting a weird stinging sensation deep within the back of my thigh which comes rather quickly and leaves just as quick, just started today.

User : Just started today, just came off taking some sick time from work as i had a virus, it feel isolated

User : did not come from the upper hip though

User : at first i started thinking the worst, maybe a blood clot, it doesn't burn, definitely tingling almost like a shock like feeling which i think is a vain, or maybe a nerve, don't know

User : I've had back issues for years, lower back issues,

Doctor : in that case the sensation could be a sign of nerve compression in the hip

User : I feel it begin to tingle in the thigh then the energy stretches itself
