Rest of the discs show normal !1ignalintensities 811dheight.
Eiamcters of the spjnal canal is us follows. All measurements in em. scale.

Trans. : 1.3 1.3 1.0 0.6 1.3
Ligamentum flava are hypertrophied at UIS on both sides.
Neural t(uamcn are compromi~d at L4/5 and 1..5/81.
The visualised cord show~ otherwise normal outline and signals. The conus medullaris
tapers and terminates at L1.
Lumber vcrtebral bodies show noma! si7.e,ali8Mlent and mmow signals.
Paravertebral soft tissue and muscle planes are normal.
IMPRESSION: MR1 Study Indleates: I.Disc pro1apsc at L4/S compressing the caudal nerve roots on both sides and exiting CS
root on left side.
2.l\nnular disc bulge at CSIS1.
3.Associated lumber eanal stenosis at L4/S and forarninal stenosis at L4/S,LSISl.
4.Sagittal screening Reveals Cervical spondylosis at C4,CS,C6.
S.Incidentally seen are smal1 liver and Right renu1cysts.
