Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   yes
User :   actually connection lost
User :   so is my report suggest that i will not face any problem while planning for child
Doctor :   According to the reports, you have no living spermatozoa - non motile, dead spermatozoa,
Doctor :   hence the chances of fertility could be affected.
User :   it is saying no living or dead spermatozoa seen
User :   one more observation is there
Doctor :   Ideally, the chances of fertility are affected if there are less than 1.5 million living sperms and out of which 50% are motlie.
Doctor :   Please put the other observation findings here.
User :   Nature of motility
User :   1. Rapid Linear Progressive Macleod Grade -IV & III
Doctor :   Yes
User :   D. Non motile macleod grade - O
User :   what does it mean
Doctor :   The reports that you have mentioned isn't complete.
Doctor :   Let me put across to you in simple terms that you can understand.
User :   why??
Doctor :   Spermatozoa needs to swim from the vaginal canal across the cervix, through the entire uterine cavity and reach the eggs.
Doctor :   Eggs are usually situated at the top end of uterus.
Doctor :   Spermatozoa need to be motile to swim across the distance to cause fertilization.
Doctor :   Accordingly the spermatozoa are differentiated into 4 grades.
Doctor :   The fastest swimmer as Rapidly progressing.
Doctor :   The sluggishly progressive are slow swimmers.
User :   k
Doctor :   Non progressive spermatozoa are motile sperms, but they do not have the ability to move from one point to the other point.
Doctor :   It's like a fish at one point.
Doctor :   though alive, but not moving.
Doctor :   the last one, non motile spermatozoa are dead spermatozoa.
Doctor :   Ideally in a semen analysis, the percent of sperms that are rapidly progressing, sluggishly progressing, non progressing ones are mentioned as percentage.
User :   i had done this report at piramal diagnostics
Doctor :   Your report has no values on each of these mentioned factors.
User :   they have not mentioned anything
Doctor :   That is right.
Doctor :   It either is not a complete report
Doctor :   or the sperm that were noticed in the sample were all non motile, dead ones - as mentioned across the sperm count.
Doctor :   If it is the later, I would have to say that your chances of parenting a child could be affected.
Doctor :   Have you followed now?
User :   in sperm count : the number of spermotozoa : no living or dead spermoatozoa seen is written is this means no sperm were found in semen so all other observation left blank
User :   shud i go for report again??
Doctor :   May I know the reason why you have got this test done?
User :   if yes suggest good lab in VASAI or DADAR
User :   coz i m planning for child
User :   from last six months
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Give me a few minutes while I look for a good laboratory.
User :   and please clarify this -
User :   in sperm count : the number of spermotozoa : no living or dead spermoatozoa seen is written is this means no sperm were found in semen so all other observation left blank
Doctor :   That is the most likely explanation to the reports you have.
User :   k
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   yes if this is the report than whAT SHUD I DO TO INCREASE SPERM OR FERTILITY
Doctor :   Before giving the sample, you may need to abstain from masturbation for 4-7 days.
Doctor :   If the repeat semen tests shows similar reports, then you may need further testing that includes blood tests, antibody tests, physical examination by an urologist.
Doctor :   A complete and comprehensive testing would be necessary before deciding on the treatment aspects.
Doctor :   It is difficult to predict what treatment will be needed now.
Doctor :   Hence, I would suggest you to repeat the test and consult an infertility specialist who will guide you further with the management.
Doctor :   I would advice you to follow the procedure in step wise manner instead of haphazard testings.
User :   OK THAN i m thinkin of consulting
User :   what is ur opinion abt doctor
User :   k
Doctor :   I am not very well aware , however we have had good reviews
