User:since yesterday have sore throat, and body ache..
User:today have arunning nose heavy head and fever as well

Doctor:Since your history is showing running nose, heavy head, fever, sore throat etc, it points towards an upper respiratory infection.
Doctor:Most common cause for that is viral infection.
User:ya i do have this issue...
User:but havent fallen sick for the last 6mts
Doctor:You can do the following which will help you in combating the condition.
Doctor:If it does not improve after 2 days of following this, then, you need to see your family physician or a general practitioner.

Doctor:1. Steam inhalation with Cap. Karvol Plus dissolved in it. (Twice daily)
Doctor:2. Drink only warm water.
Doctor:Avoid having anything cold.
Doctor:3. Take Tab. Dolo 650 3 times daily for 3 days
Doctor:4. Tab. Celin 500mg (Chewable) three times daily for 1 week.
Doctor:5. Do warm saline gargles 3-4 times daily.
Doctor:These should help you.
Doctor:As said earlier, if it does not improve in 2 days time, do visit a doctor.
