User :   Hi. I'm having a large problem with my mouth and lips. It started two days ago when the area around my lips was sore, but I just assumed it was temporary problem due to something I ate. Lately, it's been getting worse and worse till the pain is almost unbearable. The lips themselves aren't chapped, but they do feel scaly, especially the top lips. The corners of my mouth hurt but there are no cracks. The edges of both my outer and lower lips are very scaly and so is the skin around it. The biggest problem is this bump on the corner of my bottom lip. It's not red but it is pinkin-ish. It started just on my skin, but now it has gotten bigger and now takes up about 3-4mm area on the bottom of my lips and the skin around it. I have been eating vitamins and applying chapstick and moisturizer but nothing seems to help. What's going on?
