User :   Hello,
I am a 28 year old female, very healthy and fit. For the past 3 months, I have had extreme nausea for about 5-10 days out of the month and considerable fatigue. Most recently, my armpits have started to get very sore and tender. There does not seem to be any lumps or swelling. I do have fibrocystic breasts and have many lumps in my breast however. I have a low grade fever about once a month and occasional night sweats. I have shooting pains and achiness in my legs and arms consistently (although I have a history of bulging spinal disks). I am not under very much stress, so I am not sure what could be causing these symptoms. Every time I ask the Dr, they tell me "it's probably just stress" and do not perform any blood tests, etc. (except once they checked for anemia). The pain in my armpits radiates into my arms, breasts and shoulders. I also have a mole near one of my armpits but it does not look unusual. Any guidance would be much appreciated!
