User :   it not what i what to Girlfriend has sore and swollen breast after her pregnancy

User :   well we had the baby on feb. 21 and after that they are more stiffer and havier

User :   we where going to breast feed are child but they are so heavy that the baby will not stay on

User :   there bumps on her upper part of her beast but no redness

Doctor :   Put cold packs over the breast
Doctor :   and choose correct bra size

User :   so if she goes back to breast feeding the swollen will go down
