User :   i woke up today with dry throat itrchy and sour and my nose is runny and im sneezing and i have full body ache with sneezing and an upset stomache
User :   i started an antibiotic coarse this morning

User :   do you know what i might have

User :   omnicef 300 mg

User :   no just the antibiotic and cough drops

User :   yes but only once and liquid
Doctor :   does cough brings out sputum ?

Doctor :   when you cough a white sticky thing that comes out

Doctor :   the symptoms you have does indicate you have URTI with gastritis

Doctor :   along with antibiotics you need to take tab advil cold , three times a day
Doctor :   and tab prilosec otc two times a day in empty stomach for 5 days
User :   ok any special diet for the stomache upset and sore throat?
Doctor :   need to avoid hard and spice food stuff for the next wek
Doctor :   more of fruit juice and bland diet
User :   ok doctor thank you very much for your help
Doctor :   also do warm saline gargling two times a day once in the morning and once before bed time
