Doctor:Records have shown that there are about 0000 deaths a year due to heart / lung and other ailments associated with smoking.
Doctor:These studies only show that you have an increased risk to lung, heart and other systems due to your habit.
Doctor:I may not be able to predict the amount of damage done to your body now. However I can tell you this, If you stop this habit completely now, in 2 years time you do not have any risks to your health and body.

User:Chances of cancer?
Doctor:Yes, the chances of cancer will also be neutralized if you can quit your habit completely for 2 years
User:no m asking is der any chances of cancer now?
Doctor:Considering you were smoking for the last 2 years, there are chances of cancers too.
Doctor:Smoking alone is a predominant risk factor for all cancers especially lung cancer.
User:i drink a lot of water..does it help?
Doctor:Cancer occurs due to combined effects of various risk factors.
Doctor:Smoking is one such independent factor that increases chances of cancers by about 10 - 15 percent.
Doctor:Drinking plenty of water and eating healthy diet doesn't nullify this risk.
Doctor:The only way to reduce this risk is by quitting smoking completely.
Doctor:So drinking plenty of water doesn't neutralize the damage done by smoking.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:yup thanks for all info'
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
