Doctor :   a pilonidal sinus needs a small surgery later to be closed
Doctor :   it is harmless

User :   yes i wish so
Doctor :   surgery in pilonidal sinus is done only when required
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   may be at a later date
User :   ok
User :   the second one
Doctor :   you should consult a pediatric general surgeon
Doctor :   for his opinion
User :   ok
Doctor :   that would be the best
Doctor :   as without physical examination even we cant say the nature of the problem
User :   ok... what would be the consequences for the double spinal cord
User :   i understand
Doctor :   it could lead to some difficulties in walking
Doctor :   and pain in later life
Doctor :   that again depends on the severity of the problem
User :   is it treatable
Doctor :   spine could be bent
Doctor :   there are surgeries available
User :   so after the surgery if everything become normal
Doctor :   that depends on the extent
Doctor :   lifelong care may be required
User :   ok
Doctor :   but considering what you told me
Doctor :   it may not be a double spinal cord
